Our engineers optimise products and develop new products. Sometimes on behalf of a partner, sometimes because there’s a demand from the market and sometimes because we ourselves have an idea for a new product. Technology and sustainability are central to this.
Oil must be used in the correct manner. Therefore, clear communication is necessary. GVG’s marketing department takes care of all communication to the end users about the product. The right packaging, a clear website, the planogram for the shopkeeper. From product X to a tangible product for the end user.
Our sales team’s knowledge is even more important after sale. The customer receives product advice immediately if he contacts us and shopkeepers are given guidance on the sale of the products. At trade fairs, we provide information to end users and refer them to the shops.
Given our range and our logistical efficiency, for many clients we are a one-stop-source. Everything having to do with fuel, oil and cleaning can be ordered as a single delivery. In the central warehouse, orders are picked up by our own people, which makes possible all product combinations on a single pallet. Usually delivered within 24 hours.
Products such as petrol and spray cans are classified by law as dangerous substances. Strict rules apply to the storage and transport of dangerous substances. GVG has a large storage space which complies with all safety conditions, in accordance with the PGS-15 regulations. For transport, we have ADR drivers in house and we collaborate closely with freight forwarders who specialise in the transport of dangerous substances. We are glad to share our knowledge in this area with our clients.
